State height levels

The maximum and minimum height values M and m will be used to specify the height of the contour lines. The box entitled From should have the minimum level to calculate, which might be less than m. The box entitled Up to should hold a value who might be larger than M. Normally both boxes are filled with integer values, or rounded to a few tens. In Fig. 32 we illustrate the case where the contour lines are requested to start at level 74m, up to 112m with increments in between of 2m.
